All bets and game sessions are final once confirmed. The platform does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been placed and accepted by the system. Results are determined by certified random number generation or live event outcomes, and gold live does not influence the result of any game or sporting event. Any use of automated tools, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
